I recently purchased Mario Batali's cookbook
Molto Italiano. One of the first recipes I tried was the lasagna, which was recommended highly from a friend who very much enjoys to cook. It wasn't the easiest and was quite labor intensive, but it was so delicious. Lasagna hasn't been my most favorite dish because it's always so heavy, but this lasagna wasn't at all.
